Registration Acceptance ConditionsApplication and Admission Conditions (1) In order to apply to the master's program, candidates; They must have a bachelor's degree, have received at least 55 standard points in the score type of the program they are applying for from ALES, which is administered centrally by ÖSYM, or be successful in internationally accepted exams, whose success base scores are determined by the senate and their equivalence is accepted by the senate, instead of the ALES result. (2) Success grade in student admission to master's programs; It is found by adding 10% of the undergraduate graduation weighted grade point average, 50% of the standard score obtained from (ALES) and 40% of the score obtained as a result of the interview conducted by the jury established by the institute board of directors for each department. In order for a candidate to be considered successful, his/her passing grade must be at least 65. Students are accepted according to the announced quota by ranking from the highest score to the lowest.
Recognition of Prior LearningA successful student who has completed at least one semester in the department of another institute within the relevant university or high technology institute or in the graduate program of another higher education institution can apply for the horizontal transfer quota announced in the relevant department. Horizontal transition; It is done with the approval of the relevant department head and the decision of the institute board of directors.

Program ProfileThis program is designed for students who study French Language and Literature or who come from outside the field and complete scientific preparation courses. The purpose of the program; To create the superstructure of four-year education, to monitor the developments in this field, to access information by conducting scientific research, to enable students to gain the ability to evaluate and interpret information, and thus to provide students with expert knowledge that they can use. While preparing the program content, theoretical and practical information is given and students are encouraged to have analytical and systems thinking. The course process, which consists of two semesters, includes theoretical and practical courses and attempts are made to provide students with a strategic perspective through case analysis. Applied studies aim to provide students with the knowledge they will benefit from during the thesis writing phase.
Occupational Profiles of GraduatesIf program graduates successfully complete the thesis process, they can continue their academic careers. They can also work at different levels in private companies operating in sectors such as tourism, hotel management, foreign language education, or work in government institutions such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Access To Upper DegreeGraduates who have successfully completed the master's program can apply to doctoral programs both in their own field or in multi-disciplinary fields, provided that they get a passing grade from the ALES exam and provide French language proficiency, and they are accepted if they are successful in the interview exam.

9-The student follows the current developments related to the field of French Language, Literature and Culture, supports the scientific activities carried out, and informs concerned people in the field with these issues.
10-The student has the ability to use French Language above B2 Level of Common European Framework and to communicate in a written or oral way.
11-The student knows interdisciplinary dimension of the studies which are done on French Literature and Culture, and takes the advantage of the data related to the social and human sciences.
12-The student executes instruction of language and literature at a high level.
