Degree Requirements and Rules

The students studying in this undergraduate program are required to have a Cumulative Grade Points Average (Cum.GPA) of not less than 2.00/4.00 and have completed all the courses with at least a letter grade of DD/S in the program in order to graduate. The minimum number of ECTS credits required for graduation is 120. It is also mandatory for the students to complete their compulsory internship in a specified duration and quality.

Program Outcomes

1-As an individual, he acts in accordance with laws, regulations, legislation and professional codes of ethics regarding his duties, rights and responsibilities.
2-It shares ideas with the experts and non-experts in the team work and as an effective member of the process by supporting the suggestions of solutions for the problems in the field of social services with quantitative and qualitative support.
3-It informs the persons and institutions concerned about matters related to the field of social services; opinions and suggestions for solutions to problems in writing and verbally, and listens to the opinions, requests, and expectations of the people and institutions concerned.
4-Cooperate with the relevant disciplines and act in accordance with social, scientific, cultural and ethical values in the stages of data collection, interpretation, application and announcement of results related to the field of social services.
5-Access to scientific knowledge in the field of social services has the knowledge to follow, evaluate and apply current literature
6-It has advanced theoretical and practical knowledge supported by textbooks with basic and up-to-date information in the field of social services, application tools and multimedia teaching materials and other resources.
7-Uses information technologies related to social services and research area.
8-Organize projects and activities in cooperation with other professional groups for the social environment in which they live with social responsibility consciousness and apply them.
