| Program Profile | The main functions of the Private Law Master's Program with Thesis are to serve the development of students' scientific production skills by conducting scientific research, to train well-equipped scientists and researchers in the field of private law who can address problems in the field of private law from an analytical perspective and produce solutions, who can think abstractly, who have the ability to analyze private law within the framework of the theories they have learned, who can use their knowledge for these purposes, who can closely follow developments in private law in the world and in Turkey, who can look critically and analyze them with scientific methods in line with the principles of academic honesty. The Private Law Master's Program with Thesis aims to convey comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge in the field of private law through education provided by expert and experienced faculty members in the field. |

Program Outcomes
