Program Outcomes
1-To be able to do equal care to all people without discriminating them by religion, language, race and to be able to follow Ataturk´s principles. 2-To be able to offer nursing care that is preventive, curative and supportive to the individual, family and community. 3-To be able to work in Primary, Secondary and Tertiary HealthCare. 4-To be able to synthesize the knowledge gained from biological, psychological, social, ethical and behavioral sciences and use it in the care of the surgical patient. 5-To be able to determine priorities in surgical care, care for patients in the light of daily life activities, estimate the possible complications. 6-To be able to understand the necessity of continuous education, and research in improving the quality of the care of surgical patient, and utilizes the technological opportunities at the highest level. 7-To be able to diagnose, evaluate, record and report the appropriate nursing interventions for the detected problems related to pre, intra and post-operative care. 8-To be able to learn new knowledge, skills and changes to surgical nursing, and share with professions 9-To be able to learn new knowledge, skills and changes to surgical nursing, and share with professions 10-To be able to understand the importance of interdisciplinary communication and cooperation. 11-To be able to work as a team member 12-To be able to provides counseling and guidance to the patient and his family in ambulatory surgery. 13-To be able to identify the issues that the patient and his / her family need to be informed and gives health education 14-To be able to follow developments in nursing, search literature, produce new scientific findings. 15-To be sensitive to the preferred health problems of the country, advise about early diagnosis and prevention to patient and their families. |
