Depending on their programme of study, the students at Tekirdag Namik Kemal University are required to integrate in their curriculum and complete internship in order to materialize their acquired theoretical knowledge into practice.
Internship is an experimental period of employment offered by various employers to students with the aim to make them accustomed to work conditions and learn practical skills for their future employment opportunities.
After having fulfilled certain required procedures preceding internship – such as finding placement, signing the internship acceptance form, being approved by the departmental internship committee, and so on – our students embark on a period of internship established beforehand and focused on developing practical competences in domains which are correlated with their studies and specialization, ultimately acquiring experience which might become strong stimuli in their career paths.
