Registration Acceptance Conditions(1) Master´s degree program to apply for the candidates , a bachelor´s degree to have music and art branches Applicants excluding other candidates , by OSYM made ​​centrally from ALES applicants of the program type of score at least 55 standard points have received or ales instead of the result by the Senate acceptance and success of the equivalence points determined base and international levels need to be successful in the examinations accepted .(2 ) Master´s program admissions in grade ; graduation weighted grade average of 10% , (ALES) taken from the standard score of 50% and each of the department for the institute board of directors established by the jury interviews taken as a result of the scores has collected 40% . To be successful, a candidate´s grade must be at least 65 . The highest score is declared made ​​by the smallest toward the student until the quota is taken .
Recognition of Prior LearningThe process of recognition of former education in Turkish Higher Education Institutions is still at the start-up phase. Therefore, the recognition of former education has not been started completely in all departments of Namik Kemal University. Yet, a proficiency exam is held at the beginning of each academic year for the compulsary Foreign Language lesson which takes place in all departments’ curriculums

Graduation RequirementsConditions required to graduate from the program in two semesters with 24 credits consisting of eight courses and a thesis and seminar course. Students at thesis stage take 8-hour field of expertise course. However, areas of specialization courses and seminars are non-credit courses, considered successful and unsuccessful. At the end of four semesters, students have taken the courses and seminars must be completed successfully. For graduate students who successfully complete the course, as specified in the regulations is assigned a thesis advisor and thesis topics are determined. Students who successfully complete the thesis stage, eligible to receive master´s degree from the department of public finance
