Graduating from secondary education, gaining the right to enroll in the program according to the results of OSYM placement
Recognition of Prior Learning
An exemption exam is held at the beginning of each academic year for the compulsory foreign language course. Students who are successful in the exam are exempt from the relevant course in the curriculum. Exemption requests for courses taken and successfully completed in any Higher Education Institution are examined and resolved by the education commission, and thus, it is possible to be exempted from the relevant courses.
Degree Requirements and Rules
The students studying in this undergraduate program are required to have a Cumulative Grade Points Average (Cum.GPA) of not less than 2.00/4.00 and have completed all the courses with at least a letter grade of DD/S in the program in order to graduate. The minimum number of ECTS credits required for graduation is 120. It is also mandatory for the students to complete their compulsory internship in a specified duration and quality.
Program Profile
In addition to basic courses such as economics, accounting and law, Social Security program students learn about developments in social insurance, working life and economic life in the light of their knowledge on Social Policy, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Labor Law and Social Security Law for professional specialization. are trained as intermediate staff with the ability to analyze, interpret and develop different perspectives.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates
Graduates have employment opportunities in many fields, especially in the human resources or accounting/administrative affairs departments of various public institutions and organizations, especially the Social Security Institution, municipalities, banks, unions, private sector enterprises.
Access To Upper Degree
Students who successfully complete their Associate Degree education can complete their education with a bachelor's degree by passing the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) to the relevant departments of the faculties.
Exams, Assessment and Grading
At least one midterm exam is given in each semester of a course. It is essential that students attend the midterm exam. However, a make-up exam is opened for students who cannot attend the midterm exam due to an excuse accepted by the relevant administrative board, if they apply within seven days from the end of their excuses. Final exams; These are the exams held to determine the success of the student from the courses completed in the semester that ended. In order to take the final exam of a course; it is necessary to register for the course, to attend the course, to be successful in the applications of applied courses and to have fulfilled the other necessary conditions. Students who are entitled to take the final exams but cannot take these exams with or without an excuse, and students who fail despite taking the exam take the make-up exam. Make-up exams are held at least seven days after the final exams. There is no make-up exam for make-up exams. The exams are evaluated out of a full score of 100. Final grade of a course; It is the sum of 30% of the arithmetic average of the midterm or midterm exams and 70% of the grade taken in the final exam or make-up exam. Success grade; In order to be successful in a course, the final grade of the semester must be at least 60 out of 100. In order to be considered successful in a course, the passing grade must be at least CC. However, students with a GPA (GPA) of CB (2.50) and above are also considered successful with a DD grade, and the grade is recorded as DB with a coefficient of 1.50. In the courses where homework and practices gain importance; The extent to which these studies will affect the midterm exam grade, how the semester or yearly success grade will be determined in laboratory and project courses, and the rate of impact on the success grade will be determined and announced by the relevant committee.
The grading system, which is based on the evaluation of students' achievements, is expressed with the following degrees and letters:

Students can repeat the courses they are successful with DB, CC, CB, BB, BA grades to raise their grades. Regardless of the previous grade in the repeated course, the final grade is valid.
Graduation Requirements
Successful in all the compulsory courses in the course catalogue, have completed at least 120 ECTS credits required for graduation, and at the same time, according to the "Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Education, Practice and Internship of Vocational School Students in the Vocational and Technical Education Region", 30 working days Those who have successfully completed their internship are awarded an associate degree diploma.
